Bram Duivenvoorde promoveerde in juli 2014 aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam op het gebied van oneerlijke handelspraktijken. Sinds die tijd werkt hij met veel enthousiasme bij Hoogenraad & Haak binnen het reclamerecht, intellectuele-eigendomsrecht en health beauty & food law. Bram is internationaal georiënteerd en houdt ervan om complexe problemen terug te brengen tot korte, heldere taal – zowel in adviezen als in procedures. Bram schrijft regelmatig voor vaktijdschriften zoals IER, Tijdschrift voor Consumentenrecht & Handelspraktijken en BIE. Ook is hij als gastdocent en –onderzoeker verbonden aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.
