COPYRIGHT & DESIGN LAW IN THE NETHERLANDS
Hoogenraad & Haak has extensive experience in advising and litigating about copyright and design rights in the Netherlands. We can quickly act upon a noted copyright or design infringement, e.g. by contacting customs and by requesting other appropriate legal measures including ex parte injunctions, seizures and summary proceedings. We work for manufacturers and retailers in fashion, design and luxury goods.
